Facilities for rent include the Events Center with an Exhibit Hall and Conference Room, an Indoor Arena, an Outdoor Arena, the Louviers Village Clubhouse, and Kirk Hall.
The Events Center is a 29,000-square-foot facility that accommodates large events in the Exhibit Hall and smaller events in Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms. The Exhibit Hall can host a variety of events such as banquets, concerts, trade shows, conventions, seminars, meetings, weddings, and sporting events. The adjacent Conference Room is 3,300 square feet, perfect for conference-breakout sessions, meetings, networking, training sessions, casual gatherings, and weddings.
The heated and cooled Indoor Arena (118' x 280') works well for equine events, dog shows, trade shows, training, and rodeos. It features a sand base and seating for over 2,000. There are 92 horse stalls with 150 others available for rent, a 100' x 150' warm-up arena, livestock holding pens with ramps and water troughs, rodeo equipment, full-service concession area, an office, and an announcer's booth.
