For instance, Civic Green Park in Town Center boasts a shaded grandstand for performances, paths, picnic shelters and public fountains for those hot summer days! The Big Book Cove was recently completed and is a play area for children of all ages adjacent to the Highlands Ranch Library. Falcon, Northridge, and Redstone are the community parks and offer playgrounds, picnic areas, and athletic fields for the public. The park's user-friendly recreational enhancements include four off-leash dog parks, a park for skating, three community gardens, the nationally recognized Redstone Park Tennis Center and Tanks Park, which features an in-line hockey rink and skate park. Ranch residents can play on either of the two public golf courses, The Highlands Ranch Golf Club or The Links at Highlands Ranch. There are also four awesome recreation centers in the Highlands Ranch community - Northridge, Southridge, Eastridge and Westridge. They all offer Highlands Ranch residents a variety of fitness and leisure amenities, recreational and educational programs and sports leagues.
